When we visited Florida in 2008, we were fortunate enough to visit the Kennedy Space Centre at Cape Canaveral. A place I had wanted to go and visit for close on 30 years.
The Rocket Garden, full of rockets.

Waiting to get on the Kennedy Space Centre tour bus.

I can't remember what this particular complex was for? I think it was possibly a VIP/Media viewing platform for launches.

This was the launch control sentre for the Apollo Moon missions.

The Saturn V rocket. Such an immense machine, truly awe-inspiring.
