Inspirations: Berenice Abbott

For about the last decade one of my biggest photographic inspirations has been Berenice Abbott. In the 1930's she undertook a project entitled Changing New York which chronicled a period of dramatic change in New York City. Her images preserved for eternity what New York was like in the thirties. The Changing New York Collection can be viewed here.
