I had the honour of being asked to do the photographs for my sister-in-laws wedding on 30 April 2011 (coincidentally my parents anniversary). Here are some of the pics from that day, not in any chronological order.

Lunar Eclipse

Last night I attempted to get some pictures of the Lunar Eclipse.

This was just as the last sliver of direct sunlight shone on the moons surface. The rest of the Lunar surface had a red glow to it, making it look a bit like Mars.


On some of my pictures I got an unusual double image appearing as a Blue Moon.


A shorter exposure taken just before the Moon went into complete shade.

Thanda's first day at creche

After such a long time with no posts to the blog here is my second in a day. Quite an important day it is too, it's Thandas first day at Creche.

Uvongo - May 2011

At the beginning of May we spent a week with Tracy's parents down at Uvongo on the KZN South Coast.
